Dear Customers

Covid-19, we have had a number of issues and delays getting parcels through customs due to lockdowns, reduction in the number of customs officers working, etc. This is especially true when the courier delivering to the country is not the same as the one delivering to you.

As a business, we understand that customers want to receive their purchases as quickly as possible. To achieve this we need to move to use couriers that will carry the product from our door to yours. Unfortunately, this change means that we will have to increase our shipping costs. We apologize for this necessary change and hope you can understand and continue supporting our small business. We very much appreciate your custom.


We will ship your items within 2 working days of receipt of payment.

For domestic we normally ship via Hermes.

For the international items, we ship by the most cost-effective courier with Tracked and Signed.

Please note that it is not always possible to track once the parcel leaves the UK.


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.


Return Policy

We make every effort to accurately describe the items please look carefully at the pictures.

Where items do not have manufacturers marks we research and attribute a manufacturer, please email us if you have questions.


Not Satisfied

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please include

  • The invoice number

  • The reason why you would like to return

  • The buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The item is to be returned for a refund need to be ship within 3 days of the acknowledgment.

The item must be returned and received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.

We recommend you use delivery tracking including insurance and get a delivery receipt.

After we verify the returned item and confirmed it is as originally sent, we will issue the refund within 3 days



Damage During Shipping

If the item arrived damaged please include

  • The invoice number

  •  Pictures of the issue.

We will issue the refund within 3 days.
