We have had a number of issues and delays getting parcels through customs due to lockdowns, reduction in the number of customs officers working, etc. This is especially true when the courier delivering to the country is not the same as the one delivering to you.
As a business, we understand that customers want to receive their purchases as quickly as possible. To achieve this we need to move to use couriers that will carry the product from our door to yours. Unfortunately, this change means that we will have to increase our shipping costs. We apologize for this necessary change and hope you can understand and continue supporting our small business. We very much appreciate your custom.
